Steven Berry
(M.S.) Master of Science,
Mental Performance Coach
&
Psycho-Therapist

I am a Torrance native and a proud family man.  My family unit is active in the South Bay Board Riders Series where we compete in surf competitions.  I am also a military veteran of the United States Coast Guard.  My past also includes Fire Fighting. I embrace the utility of mental skills applications and the power of mindset while understanding the importance of mental health.

Training your mind so that your performance may become enhanced shouldn't be a mystery and far fetched.  No matter if your training for sport performance, performance arts, or even tactical performance, there are proven scientific techniques & skills that individual's can learn to master their mental game.  Together we will tailor and customize a program that is a good fit for you.  Are you ready?!  My coaching may not be for everyone, but my coaching is certainly for those that truly want to take their performance to the next level and/or want to improve thier mental health.

All Mental Performance Coaching services are practiced within the guidelines set forth by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).  Katie Mckee, M.A. Sport Psychology is my current mentor via the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).  I am very thankful for Katie.  Please see the "Mental Performance Coaching" page for this service.

All Clinical services for mental health are given via my Associate Marital and Family Therapy reg. (AMFT118295).  Here, for the interim, Dr. Mchugh (PSY25973) is a Clinical Psychologist who supervises me.  I am very thankful for Dr. Mchugh.  Please see the "Psychotherapy" page for a description of this service.

Please note that Mental Performance Coaching is a destinctively different service than Psycho-therapy. Explanations of the utility of each service can be found on it's respective page.  Also, please check out the "Hypnosis" page for this mind changing experience.  Thank you.
